SOLAR PANELS are growing in popularity here in Arizona, and several booths at the expo featured innovative ways to harness the power of the sun to produce clean energy.
TUCSON, Ariz. — The Sustainability and Energy EXPO9, held at the Tucson Convention Center March 6 and 7, featured dozens of vendors and environmentalists showcasing what's new in renewable energy and green living. Alternative fuel vehicles received lots of attention this year. Efficient home improvement methods such as rainwater harvesting and solar arrays were also popular exhibits.
